Thailand LAB INTERNATIONAL 2025 welcomes attendees from across the globe. For international visitors and exhibitors requiring a visa to enter the Kingdom of Thailand, the organizer provides an official Visa Support Letter to facilitate your visa application process.
Procedure to Request a Visa Support Letter:
1. Complete your online registration as a visitor or exhibitor.
2. After successful registration, kindly fill in the Visa Support Request Form.
3. The official Visa Support Letter will be issued and sent to your registered email address within 5–7 business days following document verification.
Please Note:
• Visa Support Letters are issued only to confirmed and registered participants.
• The organizer is unable to intervene with or contact embassies or consulates directly on behalf of applicants.
• All visa applications must be submitted individually at the nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Early Application is Strongly Advised
To ensure timely processing and avoid potential delays, participants are encouraged to apply for their visa no later than 6–8 weeks prior to their planned departure.
